Standard SSR-50HV Horizontal & Vertical Section Roller:

A horizontal section roller is a type of rolling machine that is designed to roll out flat, horizontal sections of metal or other materials. It typically consists of a series of rollers that are arranged in a horizontal configuration, with the material being passed through the rollers to achieve the desired level of flattening or shaping.

A vertical section roller, on the other hand, is a type of rolling machine that is designed to roll out vertical sections of metal or other materials. It typically consists of a series of rollers that are arranged in a vertical configuration, with the material being passed through the rollers to achieve the desired level of flattening or shaping.

Main Features:

  • The Round bending machine features an electric three-roller-wheel structure.
  • It has the advantage of a two-axis drive. The upper axis can be moved up and down to adjust the diameter of the processed work piece.
  • It can conduct round bending processing for plates, T-shaped materials and so on.
  • Round bending machine has a standard roller wheel, of which the front two types of roller wheel can be used both vertically and horizontally.
  • The reversible pedal switch facilitates the operation.
